overnight sea kayak guiding is one of the most difficult jobs I’ve ever had. there are no breaks. from the second you pick people up to the second you finish cleaning the gear days later, you do not clock out.
the trade off is that you get to experience a string of the most magical moments for work. ultimately, I think it’s a fair trade.
